This cake was for my daughter's 2nd birthday, she loves Elmo!  The two tier cake is white and chocolate cake alternating layers, covered with white buttercream tinted blue and yellow.  The decorations are made of fondant, except for the Elmo heads, which are candy, and the candle on top.



This cake was made for a 15 year old's birthday, it's white cake, covered with marshmallow fondant.  The zebra stripes, bow and balls around the cake are made of fondant.

4th of July Cake

This is a checkerboard cake inside, with red, white and blue colored white cake.  The stars are made of fondant with sparkling sugar to make them sparkle.
